We stayed one night. But will definitely book for longer next time. It is a beautiful property with wildlife and goats. Our kids loved feeding the emus and patting the goats. We Loved the 'cosyness' of the chalet with a fireplace and fully functional kitchen. Very realaxing.

Amazing stay at Walpole Wilderness! Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy with the fireplace. We loved meeting the friendly goats and adorable baby goats, plus the emus! A beautiful and peaceful place—highly recommended!🐐

Everything here is astounding for the price. Location alone. Lack of reception. Animals and friendly staff.
Jim and his boys were lovely enough to let our eldest two help with the baby goats at dusk.
Beautiful night with card games and a hot fire and the kids.
Book a night, you'll want more. Dont change a thing.

The location was so peaceful and relaxing. Management Jim and Nana were so welcoming and lovely to have a chat to. The chalet was nostalgic, reminding me of my childhood and also, clean and well supplied with everything you need. Loved the spa, fire and electric blankets to keep cosy. The forest views and friendly farm animals made us feel so connected to nature. We can't say we didn't like something. Very happy with the stay.

Amazing accomodation. A very luxurious rest day while riding the mundi biddi. The hosts were lovely and there was a whole range of farm animals to keep us entertained. Highly recommend.

Both hosts were lovely despite initial confusion over the booking. The rooms were lovely but showed some wear on benchtops. We had all we needed for a very peaceful stay.
